1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you place the order.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on your location and courier service availability.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will apply (visible during checkout).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your order using the provided link or through the courier’s tracking page.
6. Delivery Delays
In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues, deliveries may be delayed. We will keep you informed in such cases.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional charges may apply).

All products are packed securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We also aim to use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.
